Extremely Fine
This is the finest grind setting. It looks like (flour). This is the perfect size that we use for Turkish coffee.

Extra Fine
This is one of the fine grindings, this one is perfect for Espresso (The Turkish actually requires it to be even finer than is required for espresso).
Fine
This is slightly coarser than the above but still relatively fine. Almost looks like table salt. This one is suitable for Moka Pot/Stovetop, V60, and quick steeping time Aeropress.
Medium
This is specifically for espresso, which looks like sand. It is the grind setting for drip machines and long steeping time Aeropress.
Medium Coarse
This is the size of rough sand, which is good for Kalita Wave and Chemex.
Coarse
This is the coarsest grind. It is used for brewing methods with a long contact time between the beans and water. It resemble sea salt, and is perfect for French Press and Cold Brew.
Important to know, that excessive consumption of coffee can lead to side effects. For example: trembling, palpitations, and even sleep disorders. If you observe such effects without training, it is better to refrain from coffee.
